Pleasant Valley is a Voluntary Public Access property (VPA).

The 143-acre Pleasant Valley VPA is a partnership between the local landowner and the Georgia DNR, WRD to provide public hunting access. This annual lease provides adult child deer, migratory bird and rabbit/squirrel hunting opportunities. A hunting/fishing license or lands pass is required to access property.
