It is most helpful when submitting eBird observations at Dunbar Slough Wildlife Management Area to start a new checklist for each hotspot within the wildlife area. Use this general hotspot when you have a checklist that includes multiple locations or there was not a hotspot or personal location appropriate for your sightings.

In western Greene Co. From U.S. 30, take Hwy. 25 three miles south through Scranton to E-53/250th St. Take E-53 west three miles to the slough. Additional area access available by continuing west on Highway E53 to Highway N58, then south two miles to 270th Street, then east one mile, then north on B Avenue. Also, south on B Avenue two miles to Highway E57.

Shallow marsh, prairie, and grass lands. This is a public hunting area.
