Collins Park is an older Toledo city park one street west of the Toledo water treatment plant. The east and south half of the park is golf course, the north west corner is a typical city park that at one time had an active swimming pool, 2 sports fields, and public event building. There is a stream (Duck Creek) than goes through the golf course portion. Collins Park Drive enters the park from York Street. There is parking along Collins Park Drive.
