Granville, Ohio 43023
T. J. Evans Bike Path Official WebsiteThe west end drops along a gently-sloping forested hillside down to the Raccoon Creek floodplain, which is mostly open farm fields. The shift between these 2 habitats, most evident between Mounts Road and the Lobdell Creek bridge, can produce a good list of interesting birds.
Watch for eagles anywhere along this stretch, as they have nested along Raccoon Creek near here; the huge nest was formerly visible south of the bike path, in the creekside trees across the fields.
The bike path can be accessed from Bicentennial Park in Granville on the east end, or from a parking lot at the north end of Depot Street in Alexandria near the west end.
