About this Location

This 1000-acre park features more than 20 miles of trails. You can see notable Native American sites and 17th-century cellar holes left over from English settlers. There’s also an active dairy farm that offers free tours on weekends.

Notable Trails

Stone Row Trail, 2.4 miles (varies)
Start at the main parking area on North Road, Carlisle. Pick up a map and hike to the start of the Stone Row Trail at Intersection #6. This winding trail traverses varied terrain and features some interesting rock formations. Return via the Indian Hill Trail.

Groomed Ski Trails, 10 miles
Park at the Hart Ski Barn on Lowell Road. Check in at the Ski Touring Center and ask for recommended loops and destinations. When conditions are right, the park has 10 miles of groomed ski trails, and an equal number available for snowshoeing.
