North Beach is a great family location with an Atlantic ocean-front setting – its sandy beach is ideal for swimming and picnicking. Amenities at the beach include a bathhouse, which is open year-round. Metered parking is available. Parking meters are located along NH-1A and accept quarters. Prior to visiting the New Hampshire seacoast, familiarize yourself with the Seacoast Beach information as well as Seacoast Beach parking options.

North Beach State Park opens full-time for the season on April 1 and closes on November 4. Metered Parking is enforced daily from 8:00 am to midnight including holidays from April 1 through November 4.

The bathhouse at North Beach is open year-round. The operating hours from May 27 through October 10 are from 8:00 am to 8:00 pm daily. During the off-season (October 11 through May 26) operating hours will be from 8:00 am to 4:00 pm.
