Foxglove Meadow Park is a quiet neighborhood city park. A creek runs the length of the park and a paved path (approximately .5 mile) runs along the perimeter of the park. The parking lot is at the end of Willis Boulevard. There are some very tall trees in the park where a spotting scope may be helpful but binoculars are sufficient for viewing birds here most of the time.
