The Sandia Mountains are some of New Mexico’s most spectacular natural structures, but climbing to the top will take quite a bit of effort. Located in Albuquerque, this trail is close to home in Sandia Foothills Open Space Park. This area offers breathtaking views, interesting plant life, and this simple hike lets you see it all up close.
