Norton Pond is a 583-acre lake located near the Canadian border. The pond has a state-owned boat ramp on the southeastern shore, which provides easy access to the water. Norton Pond is a great place to explore the islands, peninsulas, and coves that dot the lake, or to paddle up the western arm of the pond to Hurricane Brook, a scenic and secluded waterway.
Norton Pond (583 acres) is a site for the Vermont LoonWatch annual survey . Birders are encouraged to volunteer as often and whenever they are able. See Join LoonWatch for details.
