The road is lightly traveled and does not have a lot of traffic. The gravel pit adjacent to the road can be good for waterfowl in the winter, and several species have been seen, including some locally uncommon divers and Snow Geese. The gravel pit is drained sometimes, producing prime shorebird habitat and is definitely worth checking under the right conditions.
Enterprise Iles Road traverses privately owned lands. Please view birds from the roadside only.
