This is UCSB Family Housing. No one will mind if you walk in here, but if you park, make sure to park in a visitor spot and get a permit. There's not a lot of birding here, although the surrounding scrubland can have blackbirds. White-tailed Kite is sometimes seen just south of the housing complex. Feeders have attracted Yellow-headed Blackbird and White-winged Dove, and a Golden Eagle - rare on the coastal plain - once flew by here. Storke Family Housing's claim to fame is a Dusky-capped Flycatcher that was seen there in 2015.
