There has been an active Bald Eagle nest near this location for at least ten years. There is a pull-off area along the south side of the road that will support approximately eight cars. Local birders refer to it as the “Test Center Site” because it is adjacent to the Firestone Tire and Testing Center. The eagle nest is on the east side of Bull Creek and the Lipply road intersection.

Lipply Road is a back country road that sees limited traffic. The road traverses privately owned lands. Please observe birds from the roadside only.

This whole area is the backwaters of Pine Lake and there is an abundance of bird species and wildlife in the area.
