About this Location

Bodwell Farm has been in the Bodwell family for over 200 years and covers more than 300 acres of land. The farm is known for its fertile soils, diverse wildlife habitats, and public access for education and recreation. The farm is part of a larger network of conserved lands that protect the water quality of Great Brook and the Exeter River. In 2018, the farm was permanently protected by a conservation easement held by the Southeast Land Trust of New Hampshire (SELT), with support from various partners and donors.

The conserved land of Bodwell Farm is on the north and south sides of Stumpfield Road.
