Concord Community Park has a baseball field with a fence enclosing the field, a playground, a small shelter house, and lots of lawn space for multiple soccer fields. A gravel parking lot attracts Killdeer. A Northern Mockingbird has been heard singing in the park for two years in a row.

The Concord Community Center and the Graham Soccer Fields are connected to the park.
