In wet years, this spot is worth a look for marsh birds, shorebirds, and waterfowl.
Water related species in wet years. Otherwise, possibly common grassland species.
Private property--bird from the roads only. Located on the north edge of Slater at the junction of 510th Avenue and 320th Street. These are grassy fields that occasionally hold water, but these "ponds" seem to be less substantial, and less frequently birded, now than in the 1980s and 90s.
