About this Location

Farley Meadow Wildlife Sanctuary is owned and managed by New Hampshire Audubon. The sanctuary is located in the towns of Hollis and Nashua, near the border with Massachusetts. It covers about 100 acres of wetlands, fields, and forests, and provides habitats for a variety of birds, mammals, reptiles, amphibians, and plants. Some of the species that can be found at Farley Meadow include wood ducks, great blue herons, red-winged blackbirds, beavers, muskrats, painted turtles, and cardinal flowers. The sanctuary has a network of trails that are open to the public for hiking, birdwatching, and nature study.
