Perhaps the best spot on the coast for Black Scoters. Many other sea ducks are usually present in winter.
Bicentennial Park is on NH-1A (Ocean Boulevard) in Hampton, directly across from NH-27 (High Street). The park has a seawall, a bathhouse, a sand volleyball court, a pickleball court, and a playground. The park is maintained by the Hampton Parks and Recreation Department.
It also has the only public restrooms open in winter along the seacoast.
