Important Bird Area.
From the town of Fort Dodge: Head north on US Highway 169 until you reach the intersection of County Rd C49. Take a left on C49, and continue on until you reach 320th Ave, which is just past County Rd P19. Take a right on 320th Ave, and the lake will be on your left.
