The Common Ground Canopy Tour grounds are available to birders throughout the day. Please, check in at the office when there are programs taking place.

The professionally constructed, world-class Canopy Tour, with 7 zip lines, 3 aerial bridges, 2 spiral staircases, a unique floating staircase, 13 tree platforms, and a final rappel to bring you back to terra firma, offers a way to experience nature from a new perspective. Highly trained guides, as much a part of the tour as the treetops and landscape, instruct participants at a short ‘ground school’, preparing for 2.5 hours in the canopy filled with the excitement of ziplining, information about the course, and the beautiful Vermilion River Valley, and their own fun/highly professional personalities.
