The nature trail in Sofios is a remnant of the marshy forest that used to cover most of the northeastern section of Norwalk. It weaves through a neighborhood and is an ideal place for people (especially families) to get to know the local wildlife. This spot will catch a fair sample of the local breeders and forest migrants.
Sofios Park is a city park, with soccer fields, playground, a picnic area, a small pond and a wooded half-mile nature trail on a boardwalk. The park is managed by the town of Norwalk.
