Bresee Pond is one of a series of ponds along Black Pond and Hortonia roads (along with Black Pond, Roach Pond, and Austin Pond). The ponds are worth checking if you are in the area of Half Moon Pond State Park. The four ponds can only be viewed along the road with Bresee having the most space to pull over. During late spring and summer, Bresee Pond and Black Pond can be crowded with anglers parked along the road.
There is a carry-on boat ramp and fishing access at the north end of Bresee Pond (5 acres). There are no restroom facilities. Not plowed in the winter.
