El Oso Grande Park offers a primary trail that follows the perimeter of the sports fields, offering excellent visibility to walkers and joggers. For the more adventurous at heart, it also acts as the starting point to the 4-mile long Bear Canyon Trail; taking the user through great New Mexico landscapes and ending at the base of the mountain near the foothills area.
