Claibourne Cemetery is on Bethlehem–Claibourne Road at OH-37, two miles south of Richwood. It was established in 1818 by the Claibourne family, who were among the first settlers in the area. The cemetery contains over 2,000 graves, including some of the prominent figures in the local history, such as veterans, politicians, and pioneers. The cemetery is known for its scenic landscape, featuring rolling hills, mature trees, and a creek.
