On the southeast edge of Perry on Highway 141, turn south onto K Avenue. (Note: to the north of Highway 141, K Avenue is called 16th St.), Proceed approximately ¼ mile and the entrance is on the west (right).
A 5 acre park with over 100 different species of primarily native trees and shrubs. Since the original purchase of the 5-acre park in 1966, the Dallas County Conservation Board has added 12 acres of re-established prairie and wildflowers and a paved spur of the Raccoon River Valley Trail.
