The Park at Rivers Edge is a new residential development with scenic views of the Malden River. The grounds are a 10-acre riverfront park with over 0.33 miles of frontage and 2 acres of wetlands along the river, highlighted by the Tufts Boat House. Designed by Shadley Associates, the Park won an Honor Design Award from the Boston Society of Landscape Architects. The Park is open to the public daily from dawn to dusk.
