Where the Mississippi and Wapsipinicon Rivers meet! Camping, cabins, boating, fishing and much more abound at this campground located on the backwaters of the Mississippi River.

Go southwest of Camanche on Hwy. 67, turn south on 291st Street (at Wendling Quarry) and follow the road to the park.

The Blue Heron Eco Cruise launches from the park. The Blue Heron is a 24-passenger pontoon boat that gives cruisers an up-close and personal look at the Mississippi River. It's a fun way for people to talk, laugh and celebrate nature together. A naturalist will conduct tours through backwaters, sloughs and the main channel.
