Angels Pass Memorial is a small park with paved paths and a parking lot. It is adjacent to the 15-mile Creekside Trail that connects with the Little Miami Scenic Trail and the Ohio-to-Erie Trail at Xenia Station. Restrooms are available across the street at nearby Nutter Park, also part of the park district.
