East Providence, Rhode Island 02914
This hotspot is a reliable place to find Great and Snowy Egrets, Great Blue Herons, and Double-crested Cormorants in the summer months. It also infrequently has Black-crowned Night Herons.
Watchemocket Cove is an approximately 51 acre tidal waterbody separated from the Providence River by a small causeway carrying the East Bay Bike Path. The cove can be viewed from either the East Bay Bike Path, or from a parking area on Veteran's Memorial Parkway.
