This Village of Newcomerstown public park is a series of adjoining parcels totaling approximately 74 acres with a parking lot and Tuscarawas River boat launch near the South River Street bridge. There is an unimproved loop trail surrounding a small pond and following the river's edge. Habitats include bottomland hardwoods (riparian forest) and grass-forb fields.
