The first 6 miles of the Great Guernsey Trail project runs from Corduroy Road outside of Cambridge to Lore City. The trailhead is 0.9 mile east (US-40) and 0.3 mile south of the exit 46 interchange off I-77, on Corduroy Road.

Day hikes of varying distances are possible from trailheads on the Great Guernsey Trail.
