Loker Conservation and Recreation Area is a nature reserve that covers 28.20 acres of land. The area was formerly occupied by Dow Chemical Company. The town purchased it in 2000 and has been working on improving it for recreational use. The area has trails for hiking and wildlife viewing.

The Loker Conservation and Recreation Area conservation property is owned by the Town of Wayland.
