New England Wildlife Society 180 Hemenway Road Framingham, Massachusetts 01701
Official WebsiteGarden in the Woods is a naturalistic plant collection that showcases New England native plants with complementary specimens from across the country. Garden in the Woods lies just west of Boston, on 45 acres sculpted by retreating glaciers into eskers, steep-sided valleys, and a kettle pond. Visitors can enjoy the beauty and diversity of native plants, learn about their ecological and cultural importance, and get inspired to create native plant gardens. The garden is open from mid-April to mid-October and offers programs, events, and plant sales throughout the season.
