Next to Hilliard Bradley High School athletic fields, there is a pond with extensive mudflats, natural vegetation, and adjoining woods and marsh areas. During shorebird migration, the area may have quite a number of shorebirds as well as waders and waterfowl. The site is very viewable from paved roadways circling the pond as well as mowed areas. There is an adjacent marsh and woodland area which supports it.
This area is best viewed when school is not in session.
