About this Location

Bulloughs Pond was once a mill pond that powered a grist mill, and later an ice pond that supplied ice for refrigeration. Today, it is a popular spot for walking, birdwatching, and ice skating in winter. The Bulloughs Pond Association is a nonprofit organization that works to preserve and improve the pond and its surroundings.

Bulloughs Pond Park, 1.4 acres (not including the pond), is a well-landscaped lakeside park with benches and a perimeter sidewalk. The park has a paved boat ramp and on-street parking.
