Hotspots along the Mudsock Trail:
Franks Park--Clover Groff Run
Latham Park
Reynolds Municipal Park
Spindler Road Park
Mudsock Trail runs from Franks Park to Spindler Dog park in Hilliard. It is gravel and about 1.5 miles in length. It follows Clover Groff Run, a beautiful small stream, and passes a few small ponds. Though it is in Hilliard, most of the trail hides you from the houses so you feel like you are really deep into the woods.

The Clover Groff Run Natural Area was creted by stream restoration projects constructed over 3 miles of new sinuous stream channel within 38 acres of active riparian floodplain in four central Ohio parks:
Latham Park
Reynolds Municipal Park
Franks Park
Spindler Road Park
Restoration eliminated impairments caused by hydro-modification by implementing Natural Channel Design techniques within the goals of Ohio’s Clean Water Act.
