Tips for Birding

Beckley Municipal Airport is a small private, not commercial, airport. It has been birded for many years with no problems. Viewing is done from the parking area outside the fence, not inside the airport. It is the best spot in Clark County to see Upland Sandpipers in the summer, and Northern Harriers and Short-eared Owls in the winter.

Please view bird from outside the fence only.
