Winter: Eurasian Curlew.
Roadside view only - please do not enter the fields. Road is narrow - please do not the block road. Mainly a hotspot for the fields north of the village. Most of the interesting birds are during spring and fall migration, especially waders and geese. The area is wintering location for Eurasian Curlew, up to 20 individuals have been seen at the same time. Please note that Whimbrel is common during summer, and these two species may easily be confused.
